Extensive Learning Opportunities

As we pursue research excellence of our PhD students, aside from the courses required by each specific Doctoral School, further training and learning opportunities are offered by FBK:

• Selected courses on specific advanced topics taught by outstanding researchers from all over the world.
• Training seminars and courses to improve your horizontal competencies and soft skills, offered by the FBK Academy.

The FBK PhD students are welcome to join all the dissemination and scientific activities organised by FBK, including summer schools, open seminars and lectures, and International events, such as conferences and workshops.

Specific activities for students interested to explore entrepreneurial initiatives after their PhD are regularly organised by partner organisations, like EIT-digital and HIT, and are mostly open to the participation of all the FBK PhD students.
